Your title means nothing.

You can’t inspire real commitment by pulling rank. People aren’t truly inspired by hierarchy; they're inspired by authenticity, integrity, and purpose. Especially when living those values is inconvenient, unpopular, or challenging. That's when true leaders stand out.

The difference between mere influence and true leadership becomes clear when things get tough:
