This is me…

Most 21-year-olds are still figuring out what they want to be when they grow up. I'm figuring out how to lead the people who are already there.

I've been obsessed with leadership since becoming football a captain at 7, eight years of leading teammates taught me that leadership is about people, more than anything else.

This blog is about leadership from a 21-year-old's perspective, because let's be honest, my generation approaches work differently than yours.

Spoiler: We don't want to be managed, we want to be led. We need the why, we smell corporate BS from miles away, and we have more information than ever before. This changes everything about leadership.

My goal? To spark conversations about leadership and show you how my generation, and I personally, want to be led and lead. Whether you're leading Gen Z or you are Gen Z, I hope my fresh perspectives reveal blind spots you didn't know you had.

Ready to see leadership through a different lens? Let’s dive in.
